The whole experience from start to end was fantastic. We started window shopping a few weeks ago to work out exactly what we wanted to get. JZ was the first used car yard we went to. We visited a few other places, but sales men were rude, pushy, and completely clueless. So back to JZ we went.
I am neurodivergent, and struggle alot when it comes to talking to people I don't really know, and get overwhelmed easily when things get too much. They were very patient at JZ and were happy to deal with both my partner and my dad in person and over the phone, most contact with me was via email.
Which made the process for me alot easier and smoother. Although  I'm sure it was more work for them. There was a slight issue with the car I purchased, but was noted when my partner went for a test drive, which JZ motors had this issue fixed straight away, before we fully committed to buying it. They gave us a good deal on the 2nd vechile purchased, and the process was just as simple if not easier than the first one. All in all, what was an overwhelming and daunting task for us, was made easier by the staff at JZ Motors. I highly recommend them a visit if your in the hunt for a new car. And will be going back there in years to come. (Hopefully not for a long time 🤣)
